We started 8EIGHT8 because the market was full of rebranded, mass-produced systems sold at premium prices. Same factories, different stickers, inflated costs.
We're a small outfit doing things properly. Every system is made to order — we work with specialist fabricators, spec every detail ourselves, and build each one fresh when you place your order. 304 stainless, TIG welded, argon shielded. Every time.
The result? A product that's built better and priced fairly. No warehouse stock going stale, no corners cut to hit a margin. Just a small team doing great work.
FROM STEEL TO SYSTEM
MATERIAL SOURCING
304 grade stainless steel sourced to ASTM A240 standard. Every batch tested for composition, tensile strength, and corrosion resistance before it enters production.
CNC MANDREL BENDING
All pipework is CNC mandrel bent to maintain constant bore diameter through every curve. No crimping, no restriction, no compromises on flow.
TIG WELDING
Full TIG welded construction with argon back-purge shielding on every joint. This ensures complete penetration, zero porosity, and welds that outlast the vehicle.
VALVETRONIC INTEGRATION
Electronic valve systems are integrated and tested at the factory. Remote-activated control gives you full authority over sound output — from quiet cruise to wide open.
QUALITY CONTROL
Every system is pressure tested, leak checked, and inspected before shipping. Fitment is verified against OEM mounting points and hanger locations.
